Hello am new to this site and am a wee bit confused to say the least.
Have bought 2 4TB Mybook external hard drives. Both of which is immediately seen in both Adobe Bridge and Windows explorer. Brilliant!
I have created an account and verified it and all is well at the Find Device Screen.
Clicking on the find my device I get the 9 digit code request and I am simply unable to find this code?
Looked on the bottom of the disk at the sticker there is no padlock symbol just serial numbers.
Any help?
