WD replaced my cloud home duo, the issue that I have now is, the 9 digit code on the drive, doesn’t match when I try ti activate it, any help to fix this issue?
I try to contact WD support but still no answer from them.

Thank you, after 7 messages and a angry face, WD finally they answered my plea, and they’re gonna replace this piece of s****t. For the second time.
Now let see how long it takes to send the new replacement.
