Hi so used my 8tb g-raid thunderbolt a week ago to check if it’s still working as I got a new one to make backups as the hd are already old, never had a problem besides maybe thunderbolt cable sometimes didn’t connect right away other than that It was working fine. Today I finally received my new hd and now my old g-raid thunderbolt 8tb won’t turn on.white light isn’t turning on nor any noises happening. Checked the adapter this work fine with my other 4tb old hd so this shouldn’t be the issue.question is, can the power supply can be fixed so I can get all my data of hd? Or is is a hd issue overall?
