8T capacity missing

The control page of my EX4100 only shows 24T capacity. It’s supposed to be 32T. The disk status shows 4 of discs with 8T. How can I get 32T capacity? Thanks!

By default, the box sets the four drives into RAID5. That means 24T+8T redundancy.

If you want all 32T usable to you, you’ll need to change the RAID mode to RAID0 or “Spanning.”
