Updated the cloud duo to new firmware and now my Zappiti which uses SMB 1.0 cannot access the contents of the Duo. Nothing else changed besides the new firmware’s. Has anyone else seen this before? how can I fix it?

Sounds like a bug, might be worth reporting to WD if you don’t find an immediate fix.

Thanks. I have submitted a support ticket, but was hoping folks had an idea I could try while I’m waiting. There is a support article called “MyCloud Home: public share message “user name or password is incorrect.” That seems to match what my Zappiti is seeing but I cannot make any username or password work.
