70TB Raid Storage new WD HDD with new firmware are failing

Hi there,

I have 70TB Raid Storage, all the original drive are WD HDD with a firmware 01.01D02. I recently lost few HDD which I replace with new WD HDD with a firmware RR03 and RR04. All the new drive are failing (detecting bad sectors) every 2-3 weeks which really slowing down our production. Is there any way to flash the new HDD with a older firmware? What do you recommend?
