I have finally managed to get my new 6TB running.
However it keeps dropping the network.
I can only see it again after turning it off and on.
Please help.

Have you tried setting a static IP address and disabling sleep settings? Is your unit’s firmware updated? Have you tried a factory reset?
Have you tried to use DHCP reservation option in the router if it is available.
Just set up the DHCP reservation to the IP address that you want. Leave the
My cloud set to DHCP. I’ve been using this feature and have not lost the
connection to the My Cloud.
