6-TB G-Drive goes to sleep

I have a 6-TB G-Drive that is continually going to sleep - generally after 5 minutes of non-use. Wake up takes as much as 15-seconds before i am capable of accessing the data. I have tried your solution for the NoSleepHDv2 but the script does absolutely nothing.

Other suggestions?

Hello,

Which version of Windows are you using? You can check the system settings under power settings and disable drive sleep. If it still occurs after that it is possible you have a defective drive and a replacement from place of purchase if just received would be the best option.
