How can you copy the configuration and folders from one MyBook World to another?
I would like to save myself the hassle of having to reconfigure the replacement NAS on the network.
I ask this because I have a MyBook World NAS that I have created an advanced RMA request for because the NAS became unresponsive. The drive was not recognized on the network and the Blue Rings didn’t light up. I removed the drive from the network and let it sit without being powered up for two days. Strangely enough, when powered back up ,the NAS behaved as if nothing had happened. Of course I can no longer trust that NAS to hold valuable files and work information . I backed the folders and data up to an external USB drive.
