I can’t find any information on the Western Digital website for the hard drive shown on this page:

Some of the reviews state that it doesn’t come with instructions, discs or documentation and I was hoping to be able to find them on the website, but when I search for the model number it either doesn’t come up, or it goes to a page that doesn’t list this particular model number.

Am I missing something?

Nope.  That’s an older drive.

I suspect that the “RTL” in the model number reflects retail packaging.

Could the actual model be a WD5000AAJB?

Here’s our spec sheet on it.  I couldn’t find any other documentation on it.
