Hi, hopefully someone of WD can reply on this request.
Bought 7 WD disks and 2 of them are facing problems.
I tried to register the drives but portal reports an issue and you cannot send an e-mail if you are not registered a drive.
Need a solution for both drives.
Hi, I tried but if you cannot register your drive(s) you cannot send a request.
Also the local WD support team sentz me to this support area.
Could you send me a pm with the supoort mail adres of WD.
I do not understand why the support team is not accessable if you do not have a login.
