4tb mycloud

Hi i just checked my 4tb mycloud and my folder has disappeared, i did a soft reset etc and all the help i can find but its just gone. To be fair it didnt have a lot on it but its all my kids pictures, files and sentimental stuff. It had 3.5tb spare and it still says it so im guessing its still there i just cant see the share folder, sorry if this has been posted a million times but im panicking and dont know what to do
