I’ve had my “4TB My Book” for afew weeks now and haven’t had any problems. Yesterday my “Book” isn’t appering in my “My Computer” . It doesn’t show anywhere ecept on my Control Panel under Devices. I can’t save to it I can’t check in the storage space, i cant do anything with it. ive had photos and afew work files saved on it is there anyway i can get this back to factory or restored to the day i first bought?
