4TB My Book is not working properly

I can see my WD 4TB my book in device manager, but it does not show in device manager.  This drive did work on another computer.  I received a new computer and now I can’t see this drive on new PC.

Is the hard drive password-protected? What operating system runs on the new computer and which one is install on the other computer? Is the hard drive displayed within Disk Management as opposed to Device Manager?
