I have a brand new Laptop. Dell inspiron 14r15r Windows 7. When I attempt to scroll through my files, I’ll get about halfway through a file and I get an error popup saying “Cannot access data, this hard drive hasn’t’ been formatted. Please format the hard drive and try again” or something similar to that. I formatted it… then pulled the data back over and attempted to access the data… I get the same message. Is this a faulty Drive?
