3TB my cloud, device failure how to obtain an RMA

The device is under 6 months old, I’ve tried a reset 40 seconds, no success, I’ve lodged a support call and followed the instructions on methods of recovery in an email - no luck. The next step is to obtain an RMA to return the unit under warrenty.

I now seem to be stuck in a network loop, the WD returns system will not accept my address.

Can anyone advise?

Thanks Cat0w, I have looked at that, I go thru the various steps to raise an RMA, but when I enter my address I get an entry error the system then refuses to go further. I’m based in the UK, it appears not to accept UK addresses.
