3TB internal drive initialized as 746GB

What did I do wrong?

Windows 7 with a single existing HD.

ACPI system

HP Machine never recognized drive till I Manage/Storage/ Drives/Initialized. (Yeah, maybe I shouldn’t have gone with the 746GB option but I was getting desperate.)

Hi if you check this FAQ out it will tell you what program to use to get the full amount of storage back.  The solution is to use a utility such as HDAT2 , HDD Capacity Restore Tool , http://www.users.on.net/~fzabkar/HDD/HDD_Capacity_FAQ.html  . Read the FAQ first ok.
