3TB HDD (AV-GP WD30EURS) not recognized

Hello everyone,
I mounted the HDD above in my PC Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
Unfortunately, the system “sees” 796Gb instead of 3 TB.
I updated the BIOS, I selected GPT instead of MBR, but nothing has changed.
The boot disk is 1 TB with MBR.

If anyone can help me I would be grateful
