Just doing some research before buying. I haven’t seen anywhere if you are able to install php/apache/mysql?

It’s possible to install the “entware-ng” tools onto the EX4100, so this may get what you are after. This will not be supported by WD Support, but then again you will find WD Support to not be much help anyways 
The EX4100 can also use docker containers, so this may be another way you can get these apps onto the device, however WD also have dropped docker support on the unit as well.
