33156 - Error creating your share: You are not authorized to perform this task

I get the following error when trying to create a new share.
I am logged into the web interface as the owner when I get this error.
Firmware is up to date. Device works with existing shares but can no longer create shares or users.

You can create user shares and user from the My Cloud Dashboard only. You can refer the link given below.
