i have problem in WD, i can see my file jpg and mov zero byte. I am trying to rebuild database.

 " 31674 - Error rebuilding WD 2go database: A bad request was made." Please help

Additional info, WD My book live 4TB RAID 1, i browse from Window laptop. i can see some files become empty 0KB

Thanks. WD has no solution to fix it?

The biggest problem 41,000 files become zero KB. I have no idea what cause this problem.

If it is WD product problem, no solution from WD, we really need to migrate my data to new platform.

When do you encounter this error message? If you are using WD2go web, do you experience the same issue when using a different Internet Browser? If you are using the mobile application, have you tried reinstalling the application and creating another access code?
