I keep getting the error “30403 - You don’t have permission to access a resource. Please try again.” for one of the users when I try to reset or eliminate the password in the MyBook Live dashboard. I was able to change the admin and 2 other user account passwords. However, for one particular account I cannot change it. I have had the storage device for years without much interaction or use, but now I have a new computer and want to access some music files in this account. I am a novice so hand holding is welcome if a solution is available.
