I have a device WD TV Live Firmware Version 1.6.43 (1/17/13) and bought a few days ago 300Mbps Wireless N USB

Adapter TL-WN821N firmware V4.1. Please communicate to me why 300Mbps Wireless N USB Adapter TL-WN821N is not seen (connected) to the WD TV Live?

In table adapters model TL-WN821N Wireless exist but with firmware V2.2

There you can enter a new firmware compatibility for existing models in tables but with updated firmware?

If is not the same version it might not work properly…

Have you tried resetting the media player? or Factory reset?

Yes i reset to factory default and dont work my wireless adapter.

There is another method to reset the media player?
