I have the Live Hub hooked up with a 3 TB drive in the USB port. Is it better to plug this into the hub or into a PC and share it out over the network
It is completely up to personal preferance, both ways should work fine for you as long as your network is in good working order. One upside of hooking it up to your HUB is that you don’t have to keep your PC on all the time. On the other hand I like having my media on a PC File Server as I can easily add drives and get more space, so I stream it across my network. Either way will work for you as long as your PC is hardwired to your router and not via WiFi which could be a bit slow for streaming large files.
