2TB WD Elements RMA Replacement isn't powering on

Hi had RMA replacement back from Western Digital a couple of weeks ago but it wouldn’t power on.

I’ve opened a case for this, but it hasn’t been looked at by anyone.

Did you tried connecting the power cable to another power socket? You can also contact tech support to see if the can get you a replacement power supply.
