2tb Blue HDD weird warranty status

Hi,
I bought a 2TB WD Blue HDD , on the 31 of August 2018, from Amazon Italy.
The product came inside the classic blue-ish plastic bag, sealed.
I’m trying now to register it on the site like my previous ones but I can’t: “the warranty has been voided or it’s an OEM product”.
How?
I’d like to have some suggestions about how to proceed, I bought it from a rated seller on amazon.

EDIT: the plastic package is branded WD, and has a barcode printed on the back

EDIT 2: i found another form to register a product filled with a lot more of personal information, and I managed to get my S/N accepted. Now it just shows a confusing message:

“NO LIMITED WARRANTY-C40” what does that mean??

The retailer sold me an OEM drivewithout warranty instead of a RETAIL one.
I’ll have a refund
