my drive ios not working on windows 7 it shows an error driver not installed

i have tried wd ses driver that does not work

hope anyone can reply and solve my problem

Hello,

I recommend you try on another computer and with another USB cable if possible. Make sure the drive is plugged in directly to the USB port. If its a desktop computer then try the back USB port. Also avoid any USB extension cords, and USB hubs.
