I’ve had my Passport Ultra for abt 2 years and have never had a problem with it. Today I plug it in and get a weird error window that says…
THE INVOCATION ON TYPE “WDSmartware.Retrieve.Retrieve” THAT MATCHES THE SPECIFIED BINDING CONSTRAINTS THREW AN EXCEPTION.

I have no clue what this means. Can anyone help get me back to my simple back-up procedure?
