WD Web App does not list Files anymore

Hi all,

Unfortunately another problem: My files are not listed in the Web App anymore. If I click on “Fotos” they are all listed and I can access them also via the mounted drive, but I don’t see them in the Web app anymore (besides the Fotos). The iPhone app is still able to access them.

After some time it shows “Timeout” … Is this a setting I can change to have the Timeout later?

The problem was also here unfortunately the Internet Security software (BitDefender).

I had to deactivate the “Verschlüsselter Web Scan” and then it worked.
