Having to Re-Map Server Each Day

At work we have a 4TB My Cloud base model server for everyone to store their information on. Each day when I come into work the server shows up with a question mark and I have to remove it from my network mapping, then go in and re-map it back to my network in my file explorer. It’s like the server is resetting itself each night or something. Would anyone know what is causing this?

Did you remember to tick the ‘re-connect at logon’ button when you mapped the drive?

No, I am on Windows 10. But I don’t think I did check that box. That may be it. Thank you!

Where can I find the ‘re-connect at logon’ button? I also have the same issue and have the most recent firmware. Sometimes I need to remap twice a day.

When you are mapping the drive. There is a check box to reconnect at sign-in

When you go into “This PC” for Windows 10 and click on map network drive, there is a check box for the option to keep you connected.

Also tick the ‘Connect using different credentials’ box. Enter your MyCloud username and password. Do this for ALL shares, Public or Private.
