OLD Timestamp in new created files

Hi everyone
it’s my first post here and I’m facing a problem that my hard drive got disconnected from the power accidentally and it caused a strange problem that when I create a new file or folder in the cloud the timestamp says that it’s created on 13/4/2017

while we’re in 22/11/2017

And that’s not happening with the local drives

can anyone identify the problem and solve it, please?
