Hi,
Has anyone experienced problems installing WD Discovery on a Windows 10 Creators Fall Edition (64 bit)?
Today I installed my physical device and then tried to install the Windows desktop installation using home.mycloud.com.
The installation started fine and thence asked to install the additional (Eldos?)software, but then disappeared and now I have an installation that is half completed, so I cannot uninstall nor re-install!

I fixed it by making my user an administrator and downloading the latest released from the WD download site.

I’m have a similar issue. Do I understand you correctly that another user of your computer was able to install the WD Discovery software on the computer by making them an administrator and you were able to access it from you id?

No. I made my normal user a administrator and re-installed the software.
