When I close down my Windows 10 HP laptop i get the following message
My Backup device is WD My passport ultra

What do you recommend I do?

Hello johnmail,
Open Services using Control Panel:
*Right-click (or left-click if using Windows 7) on Start (Windows logo) at the bottom-left of the screen
*Click on Control Panel
*Click System and Security
*Click Administrative Tools
*Click on Services
Verify if the “WD Backup Drive Helper” and “WD Backup Service” process are manual. If yes, change both the process services to Automatic and save the settings and reboot your system.
