Just went in to settings in My Book Live Duo Dashboard to check the date and time and it was showing the year as 2010. It is not possible to select 2021 for the current date and time as it doesn’t appear on the list of selections. Is there a work around for this please?

Had the same issue. Chatted with support for this solution:
- Enable NTP service.
- Just above the date and time.
- it defaults to “time.windows.com” then click save.
