My Cloud has backed up almost 2 TB of additonal files. I would to know how to access and delete these files.
More information is needed. What “files” were backed up using what software or program from what computer or device? Were you using WD Sync by chance?
Certain sync and backup programs may perform versioning when backing up or syncing causing the My Cloud to store one or more copies of older files increasing the storage space used. Versioning typically allows one to restore a file from a previous date. WD Sync is notorious to sucking up more storage space due to versioning, to the point of filling the free space of the My Cloud.
