2 Mycloudex2ultra. Using windows I can "see" only one

not sure if somebody have ever this problem. I installed 2 Mycloudex2ultra 16TB and via MAC I can “see” both but using Windows 10 I can only “see” one of them.
I have 10 other identical Mycloudmirror in the same net and have never see this problem. Some idea ?

You should try to check after changing the name of one of the My Cloud EX2 Ultra device from the dashboard in this concern.
