2 hexadecimal folders in root of 5 TB WD Elements drive

I have a WD 5TB Elements drive which I use for backup. There are 2 folders with long hex names in the root dir. I can’t see inside them unless I try as Administrator. Here they are:

Any idea what they are? Can I delete them?
