2 - 4 TB reliable drive recommendation?

Can anyone recommend 2 - 4 TB drive that is reliable?

I am using the 1TB ultra daily and it has been working great for 2+ years.
I tried the 4TB metal ultra but that lasted 1 week before data corruption and Windows sometime thinks the drive needs to be formatted. I replace it with the same 4TB that also failed within a week. Start getting structure is corrupted error.

Is the 2 or 3TB drive more reliable? Or the regular passport version?

Hello,

It is strange that you had two failures so close to one another. This passport metal drives are very good.

I agree. I never had a hard drive failed in less than 3+ years.

Would third time the charm? Maybe I am bad luck with the blue version.
Should I order from a different source?

i saw a review with lots of capacities & vendors. some are below

Interesting read. It said WD is at least second on the 4TB arena. wonder if I just got a bad batch. None of my other older WD drive has issue yet.
