I’m trying to copy files from one external 1TB Passport to another that is just the same and the computer wont recognise both at once only one at a time. How can I transfer these files?
Hi, access the disk management window, you will see both of them recognized, but one of them will be offline, right click on that one and select the option to make it online. Check the link below for the steps to access the disk management window.

Now it wont copy says I need to reformat the disc though it already has files on it and works fine otherwise
