I was placing an order with Apple (UK) direct on their website for some USB-C cables and also a USB-C based drive
I added the G-Drive 1TB to the basket and noticed it had a poor review
The review states:
New MacBook Pro beware compatibility (20-Dec-2016)
Changed two of these hard drives and both kernel panic the new MacBook Pro when using for just normal use. I’m sure there will be a firmware update but maybe don’t buy yet unless using on a MacBook.
Can anyone comment on using the G-Drive Mobile USB-C on the new 2016 MacBookPros ?
