1TB EasyStore Not Being Recognized

Hello All,

I am looking for assistance with my 1TB EasyStore external drive not appearing on my Windows 7 PC. I can view the device and see that it is appearing in my “devices and printers” window.

However, when I go into the disk management tool on my PC the external drive is appearing as an unknown drive and it is saying “not initialized”.

I have tried to uninstall the drive, uninstall and reinstall the USB Serial Bus Controls. I’ve tried to update the driver but that is not working. Please see the attached image and let me know if I need to provide more information. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you.

It seems that your drive may have gone bad.

You can refer the below mentioned link to replace your drive if it is under warranty.
