What is the difference between WD800BEVS-60RST0 and WD800BEVS-22RST0?

The WD800BEVS-60RST0 in my Presario C700 appears to have a severe problem. I would like to replace it with a S/H one from ebay, but can only find the -22RST0 variant.
Is there any significant difference?
Would other Scorpio models be likely to function in the Presario - I will have to re-install the OS, no matter what drive I use.
Is there any data sheets for these drives available?

The information at the end is internal information for WD. Manufacturing date and firmware information.
