RMA Question

I have an Advanced RMA in progress right now and I have a question. I have received the replacement HDD, and I am confused on whether to send the defective drive back with the box having the same labels it currently has on it or to affix the RMA return label with the shipping address back to WD. Help please? Thanks.

Hi, you can use the same box that you received the replacement drive to send the defective drive. Use the shipping label that you received in the RMA.

You can keep your receipt for personal tracking.
