Use just one HDD in EX2100, possible?

Hi,

I wanted to use my EX2100 with juste one HDD and plug in the second later when it arrives.
They should work in Raid after that.

So my Question is, kcan I start using one HDD without changing to JBOD?
Right now the DashBoard tells my it has 0 MB free, but the first HDD is plugged in.

Single drive use would have to use JBOD
RAID requires a minimum of 2 drives.
