What WD product do I have?

The box that my HD came in got tossed. So I looked at the HD sitting on my desk and I cannot tell which WD HD I have. (Yes, I feel stupid). On the box is stamped only with the p/n and s/n. My WD registration tells only me I have a WDBAAU0010HBK-NESN.

I need the product information so I can download the user manual as there are no WD files on my PC.

I have the same issue, I can’t tell my EHD apart anymore. How can I find out what size they are? My HD just died on me and I need to know the size of it.

There should be a label with the part number (P/N) on it. Just search for that on Google or even Amazon.
