I have a MacBook Air 2017 , I plugged my g technology 10tb thunderbolt hard drive into my sisters dell and nothing showed up, so I plugged it back in to my Mac and all my files had disappeared…. Important files I need… how do I get my files back? How could is just disappear… it’s brand new? Please help me??
most likely the Dell box trashed it as PC and Apple do not get along well at all
try unplugging it for a few minutes and then power it back up
