The download page http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=1011&sid=161&lang=en indicates that 1.07.16 was published on 3/20/12. What are the changes to 1.07.15? Where can I download it? Thanks!

Beats me…  The 1.07.16 reference is only WRT the GPL code.
