I just updated mine wd tv live plus to 1.06.41_B and the first thing i noticed is all audio is clicking. mkv, mp4, pandora (also continually stops playing altogether).
figured out my own problem. firmware changed my HDMI deep-color mode setting from 8bit to 12bit and that was caused the audio issues. i don’t know why but at least i figured out what caused it.
