Hi,
Just wondering i am using mojo theme at present on live hub, previously i used a live player and i had my movies set up in GENRES - IE: DRAMA folder with jpeg on it depicting a drama movie - then i opened up the DRAMA folder and all my DRAMA movies were in that folder - so from memory i had 8 GENRE folders DRAMA - HORROR - FANTASY - KIDS-ANIME DISNEY - ACTION - COMEDY - 80’S CLASSICS. currently all these movises on mojo are just bundles together. can i make GENRE folders and distribute my movies accordingly, and if so how ?
TIA
make a folder
call it action
move all action movies and files into action folder
** just the files not the action movie folder **
create or get an action thembnail and put in action folder
Ok
sounds easy enough, little confused about " ** just the files not the action movie folder **"
i think i know what you are saying.
ill give it a shot
thanks
HAHAH’
yeah ok , i took it too literally when i read it the first time, looks like i am going to have to redo a LOT of movies if i want GENRES becasue they are all in folders already
Thanks to both of you for the help, i hope i can contribute the same one day.

Unless you are generating .metathumbs (which is possible in Thumbgen), then you have to use “1.metathumb”, because “folder.jpg” will not work.
However, you can not use metathumbs and jpgs in the same folder, so you have to use one or the other, and I don’t recommend using .metathumb.

mmm just saw that i am plagued with metathumbs…and jpg merging is creating quite a headache indeed.
should i just delete the metathumbs ? how do turn them off in thumbgen for future reference…
TIA
In thumbgen just make sure that in Options / Input/Output naming you set everything to generate as .jpg.
You also need to make sure that on the HUB you have Get Content Info set to Manual Only. If you have it set to Auto it will still attempt to get the info for your files and overide your manually added data.
