Arabic subtitle with tv mini works fine

Tested successfully and works fine
but the font 19 was to small I regenerated it to be 30 and its OK, couldn’t make it larger than 30 also I made the offset to 130 as it was in the bottom of the screen.

Note: it takes time to generate the file about one to two minute(s).
